Welcome !
High Energy Physics at
Syracuse University
Undergraduate research projects
In
the
High
Energy
Physics
group
at
Syracuse
University,
we
are
very
interested
in
amplifying
the
undergraduate
educational
experience
by
involving
students
in
the
cutting
edge
research
work
done
by
our
group.
Described
in
this
website
are
some
recent
research
projects
done
with
us
by
undergraduate
students,
often
in
their
own words.
Do research
We
invite
interested
undergraduates,
especially
freshmen,
to
join
us
in
working
on
different
aspects
of
our
research.
Promising
high
school
students
have
also
been
involved
in
very
good
projects.
Get involved
Take
a
few
minutes
and
read
about
our
undergraduate
researchers
and
their
work,
by
clicking
on
the
project
name
in
the
navigation
bar
above.
As
you
will
learn,
most
students
find
this
experience
to
be
interesting
and
fun.
But
even
moreso,
it
is
a
unique
opportunity
to
learn
outside
the
classroom
and
to
engage
the
physical
world
in
a
way
that
really
enhances
the
typical
classroom
experience.
You’ll
learn
good
stuff
and
you’ll do good stuff.
